This policy covers the limendigitalstudio.com website. It does not cover our Limen Campus Manager app (Android package com.limendigitalstudios.campusmanager, Apple App Store ID 6777803111), published by Neelesh Sirdana, operating as Limen Digital Studio. That app has its own privacy policy at limendigitalstudio.com/campus-manager/privacy.

This policy explains what information Limen Digital Studio collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you contact us or request a quote, we collect the details you provide, typically your name, email, phone number, and message. We may also collect basic, anonymized usage data to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

If you create an account or buy something, we hold your name, email, and order history. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout and are processed by Stripe, not by us. We never see or store your card number.

Live chat

The chat window on this site stores the messages you send, along with any name or phone number you choose to give us, so we can answer you and follow up. Conversations are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Outside a live reply from us, your messages are answered by an AI assistant. To do that, the conversation is sent to Anthropic, the provider of the Claude models we use, and is processed under their terms. New messages are also forwarded to the studio owner so a real person can pick up the conversation.

Please do not send passwords, card numbers, or other sensitive information through the chat. If you would rather not use it, email or call us instead and nothing is stored beyond your message.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, deliver the work or products you ask for, and improve our services. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we rely on to operate (for example, email, hosting, payment processing, and the AI provider behind our chat), and only as needed.

Advertising and cookies

Our own site analytics are cookieless and anonymized. When we run advertising campaigns, we use Google Ads conversion measurement, which sets Google cookies to tell us that a visit or enquiry came from one of our ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your Google ads settings.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing admin@limends.com.
