Privacy Policy

This policy covers the limendigitalstudio.com website. It does not cover our Limen Campus Manager app (Android package com.limendigitalstudios.campusmanager, Apple App Store ID 6777803111), published by Neelesh Sirdana, operating as Limen Digital Studio. That app has its own privacy policy at limendigitalstudio.com/campus-manager/privacy.

This policy explains what information Limen Digital Studio collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you contact us or request a quote, we collect the details you provide, typically your name, email, phone number, and message. We may also collect basic, anonymized usage data to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

If you create an account or buy something, we hold your name, email, and order history. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout and are processed by Stripe, not by us. We never see or store your card number.

Live chat

The chat window on this site stores the messages you send, along with any name or phone number you choose to give us, so we can answer you and follow up. Conversations are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Outside a live reply from us, your messages are answered by an AI assistant. To do that, the conversation is sent to Anthropic, the provider of the Claude models we use, and is processed under their terms. New messages are also forwarded to the studio owner so a real person can pick up the conversation.

Please do not send passwords, card numbers, or other sensitive information through the chat. If you would rather not use it, email or call us instead and nothing is stored beyond your message.

Client agreements

When you sign a Client Services Agreement with us, we keep what you give us on the signing page: the details on the cover page and in Schedule D (for a company, also the guarantor's name, home address and email), photos of the front and back of a driver's licence or other government photo ID, and a record of the signing (the time, your IP address, your browser and device details, the acknowledgements you ticked and your drawn signature inside the signed PDF). We never ask for a Social Insurance Number.

We use this to identify the people who sign, and to run and enforce the agreement. The ID photos are stored encrypted, only Neelesh Sirdana can see them, and they are deleted once nothing is owing for the build, and in any case within two years after the agreement ends; if the link is cancelled before you sign, they are deleted then. Everything else is kept while the agreement runs and for six years after it ends, for tax and legal records.

This information is stored with our database and hosting providers (Neon and Railway), the signed PDF is sent through our email provider (Resend), and card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it or we need it to enforce the agreement, for example in court. Your signing link and your project page are private: they are hidden from search engines, and our visit counter, Microsoft Clarity and Google's advertising tags do not run on them.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, deliver the work or products you ask for, and improve our services. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we rely on to operate (for example, email, hosting, payment processing, and the AI provider behind our chat), and only as needed.

How we measure the site

Our own visit counter is cookieless and anonymized. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used: mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and which parts of a page get attention, replayed back to us as anonymized session recordings and heatmaps. It helps us see where a page confuses people. Clarity masks what you type, and we exclude account and administration pages from it entirely. Microsoft processes this data on our behalf, and you can read Microsoft’s privacy statement for how they handle it.

Advertising and cookies

When we run advertising campaigns, we use Google Ads conversion measurement, which sets Google cookies to tell us that a visit or enquiry came from one of our ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your Google ads settings.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing admin@limends.com.
