We want you to be confident in what you buy. If a product isn't right for you, you may request a refund within 3 days of your purchase.

Refund window

Refund requests must be made within 3 days of the original purchase date. After this period, purchases are considered final unless required otherwise by applicable law.

License keys

If a license key was issued to you for a product, that license key will be terminated when a refund is processed. Continued use of a product after a refund is not permitted.

How to request a refund

Email us at admin@limends.comwith your order details and the reason for the request. We'll confirm eligibility and process approved refunds to your original payment method.
