Return & Refund Policy

What we sell falls into two kinds: work we make for you, and licences to software we already built. They are refunded differently, because one of them cannot be given back.

Custom builds

Websites, platforms, and anything else designed for your business. Every build is made for one client and cannot be resold or reused, so the work itself is the cost.

Before work begins, the build fee is fully refundable. Tell us before we start and you get all of it back, no questions.

Once work has begun, the build fee is not refundable. We confirm the start of work by email so the date is never in question. If you cancel partway through, you keep everything produced up to that point and owe nothing further.

If we fail to deliver what was agreed, we refund the part of the fee covering work that was not delivered. That obligation is ours and it does not expire.

Licensed software

Limen Campus Manager and any other product sold as a licence. Refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided it has not yet been configured and deployed for your organisation. Once we have set it up under your name and data, the setup is custom work and the section above applies.

A licence key issued to you is terminated when a refund is processed, and continued use after a refund is not permitted.

Monthly fees

Hosting, maintenance, and subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Your service runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and partial months are not refunded. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not reverse past ones.

How to request a refund

Email admin@limends.com with your order details and what you would like refunded. We reply within one business day and send approved refunds back to the original payment method.

Where a signed agreement or written quote covers your project, its terms take precedence over this page.
